- High Profile RICO Complaint and Complex Litigation - KLS has conducted a large scale, high profile litigation for a client, which included handling 3 cases simultaneously and drafting a formidable RICO complaint on behalf of the client
- Ponzi Schemes Discovered - KLS has independently uncovered two Ponzi schemes and revealed them to the SEC. One ponzi involved the use of a forex trading platform and the other an international securities scheme involving off-shore funds. We represent all investors victimized by the fraudsters
