An Ethic of Care
Holistic representation invokes a connection between attorney and client based on an 'ethic of care'. KLS seeks to understand fully the context of each client’s problem, whether the client is already involved in complex litigation, is negotiating with a transactional partner, or just beginning to advocate for herself. KLS seeks to maintain the contextual connection of service to solve the most difficult legal problems to assist individuals, large groups, countries, entities or institutions.
